Is the first conversation free?
Yes. Your initial chat is completely free and there’s no obligation to become a client. We’ll listen to what you need and talk through how we may be able to help.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No, there’s nothing you need to prepare for the initial chat. Just tell us a little about your situation and what you’d like help with.
Can you help me switch accountants?
Yes. We contact your previous accountant to request professional clearance and organise that part of the handover for you.
Can you help with my deadlines?
Yes. We help you understand what information is needed and prepare your returns, so you can approach your key filing dates with confidence. The earlier we hear from you, the more time we have to help.
Can I visit your office?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to pop in during our weekday opening hours, or arrange an appointment if you’d prefer. Saturday office visits are by appointment only, and you can call us until noon.
